Sentiero Film Lab – Bridges 2026

Sentiero Film Lab – Bridges is an international program dedicated to the development and production of short films, created to build real bridges between emerging filmmakers and the film industry.

Designed for young directors ready to develop and bring their own short film to life, the lab offers a complete journey through creative development, production planning, and international industry access, guided by experienced professionals and connected to major film markets and festivals.

A 10-Day Artistic Residency in Tuscany

The lab takes place as a 10-day artistic residency in Tuscany in September 2026.
Participants will work in an immersive environment focused on:

Story and project development

With One-to-one mentorship

Preparing projects for the international market

Production strategy and packaging

This is not just a workshop, it’s a focused creative retreat where ideas evolve into concrete film projects.

PLUS A Scholarship for Valle d’Aosta Filmmakers!

Thanks to the partnership with Film Commission Valle d’Aosta, one filmmaker from the Region will receive a full scholarship to attend the program free of charge. This initiative strengthens the lab’s commitment to regional talent development and access to international networks.

Sentiero Film Lab – Bridges is an intensive experience blending:

creativity, mentorship, production, and real market access; s space where new stories are shaped and given the tools to travel beyond borders.

Sentiero Film Lab – Bridges is aimed at emerging directors who have a short film project in development, are ready to approach professional production, or want to connect with international markets and partners.
